Rick saved me from a horrible situation. I tested under the legal limit but was close enough that they gave me a DUI. Rick got the DA to completely dismiss the charges. He was professional, responsive, respectful and, most importantly, highly competent. Rick makes you feel confident and well taken care of! He is the best there is in SC County.

Throughout the 9-month DUI ordeal, Rick maintained excellent communication and was very methodical in pursuing every possible course of legal action, every step of the way. As Rick told me, since the wheels of Justice turn slowly, if you truly feel and believe you can win your case, stick with it, because the prosecutor is depending on winning a certain amount of cases simply through attrition of the defendants.
