No communication on why they could not deliver a shipment on time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I had a shipment suppose to arrive Friday. They poorly communicated with shipping details and delayed till Monday. Which back tracked our packaging. Today (Monday) I get a call regarding shipment for tomorrow (Tuesday) which by this time I’m furious. Who changed shipping schedule? Now we’re behind schedule. The communication skills with this company is piss poor and they do ZERO follow up. I have $12,000 worth of supplies and yet not at my shop for packaging.
