Had a case, and I was completely lost on what to do and how to go about it, but thank god for Rebekka Hutchins and Dana Katafiaz. Dana was helpful enough to explain what I needed to do to help my case during discovery, and Rebekka was a godsend both in and out of the courtroom. She explained processes when asked, represented me perfectly during the case itself, and managed to help during a stressful time. If I ever need help again, I’ll definitely be contacting them again.
After two very informative (although) short conversations with Associate Brooke O'Connell, I was enlightened and please to find out that the processes related to establishing a new deed and homeowners title insurance was a much easier process than I expected. Thank you Brooke for walking me through and helping me realize that the process was not as challenging as I expected. Brooke is definitely a keeper for this firm. I look forward to working with her in the near future.
Yeah, used them years ago, and they could care less about my divorce and custody. In the end it's my fault, I wish I would have fought harder, but all Dugan suggested was SETTLE, SETTLE, SETTLE!!! I had a real chance.
Got exactly the help I needed from Rebekah, she did excellent today and I am grateful for what she provided. Rebekah was very thorough and stern. She helped through a very stressful event on short notice. The paralegal I spoke to, Dana, was also great at taking my information and giving updates.
I had an issue with my neighbor that had put a fence on my property. I hired David Weigel to send my neighbor a letter to have it removed.Mr. Weigel sent a very effective letter to my neighbor and the fence is now moved. Mr.Weigel is a valued member of our community and I would highly recommend using him for any legal matters that may come up.
