I had an issue with my neighbor that had put a fence on my property. I hired David Weigel to send my neighbor a letter to have it removed.Mr. Weigel sent a very effective letter to my neighbor and the fence is now moved. Mr.Weigel is a valued member of our community and I would highly recommend using him for any legal matters that may come up.
They cost me a lot of extra money when I closed on a house because of poor communication. Whether intentional, from incompetence, or other, I cannot say. All I know is that it certainly appeared that they chose every action that would cost me more money. When I called them out on this, they made it sound like I was causing them exponentially more work to do. Editing my initial review as I have just found out some interesting information regarding my previous case. I was completely misled by this lawyer and can clearly see he has a conflict of interest when it comes to St. Mary’s police. Use ANYONE ELSE.
