I would not let let this law firm represent me in any case. NICK/ they can't keep track of what NICK/ THEY are doing and continuously call his clients back to send him what them have already sent him on their case . HE IS NOT A ORGANIZED PERSON/ MAYBE LAWYER. PLEASE DON'T LET HIM HANDLE YOUR AFFAIRS. OUR WAS A SMALL ESTATE! HE STILL DIDN'T GET IT RIGHT!

I would not recommend this firm at all....I hired them to deal with a situation in their area...I reside in New York...not only did Nick not communicate with me...he avoided me....once they received their payment ...they were not compassionate or helpful with next steps to the case ....Nick actually called me and asked that I stop communicating with his office because I requested a call from him...since the secretary lacked knowledge of my case..Nick not only insulted my intelligence but talked down to me as if his service w... read more
Tim Dugan will tell you such positive things and then once you pay him, it will be a different story. He was by far the worst attorney I've ever seen and made it clear he was terrified of the opposing sides attorney. He needs to go into another profession.
