Excelente experiencia en el Duty Free del Atrium. Los precios nos parecieron muy accesibles para ser una tienda en el área de Nueva York, pero lo que realmente quiero destacar es la magnífica atención de Felix Yvonne. Ella nos brindó un servicio excepcional de principio a fin, asesorándonos con los precios y mostrándonos todas las rebajas del local. Estuvo dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento y nos guió con mucha paciencia paso a paso en nuestra selección de compras. ¡Un servicio al cliente de primera!

A major disappointment. I wanted to buy some duty free spirits, but I found the shopping experience time consuming and frustrating. The sales staff did not have sufficient command of the English language to respond to my questions. Instead, they provided an answer to a question I did not ask. As a consequence, the purchase took much longer to completer than was warranted. When I looked at my bill they charged me for the bag used to deliver the bottles to the departure gate. Bought expensive Moet&Chandon Champagne 3rd of January prior to my international flight. Was told the bottle will be at the gate during boarding. United Airlines staff told me nothing was delivered to the gate and sent me to the aircraft otherwise I'd miss my flight. No name of the shop to complain or ask for refund, nothing on the receipt. This store is a scam!!! If anyone has information who to contact for refund kindly let me know. Otherwise avoid this store!!!

Purchased “duty free” items 2 1/2 hours before my flight left. Boarded plane and the items were not delivered to the gate as promised. Terrible customer service,do NOT purchase a single thing from them.

The store is overpriced and costed so much more than the regular stores, even with the international boarding pass thinking you can save tax but they actually increase in their prices per item and then you still need to pay extra 3% surcharge, so totally it’s still more expensive than regular price plus tax. The star is for the sale associate since she is really nice.
