Easy to purchase and deal with.
Ordered all of our appliances 2.5 months before we needed them. We were told they will forsure have everything ready to go. A few days before they're supposed to be delivered all of a sudden one of them is back Ordered for 4 weeks. Bad communication. Bad solutions. Will not be ordering from them again
They treated use like shit just because we were younger. If you are younger and looking to get furniture I would not recommend this place at all. The worst experience I have ever had.
Extended warranty does not cover a broken appliance. If it takes a month between breakdown and repair, you are without an appliance for that time. If you buy a lemon and it breaks down every month, you should buy two, so that you can swap it out while you wait for the repairs to take place. Spend money on quality, don't listen the sales reps.
Do your research before you buy. Don't listen to the sales reps on what you buy. Remember that warranty doesn't cover the headache of regular breakdowns in appliances, scheduling time off to wait for a technician to come, if they come when they say they will, and the time between waiting for the parts to arrive. If you buy an lemon appliance, you're still stuck with the problems, even with warranty. Good luck out there!
