The service at the store was great but the pick up at the warehouse didn’t go as well as anticipated. The dryer was not brought over at the Panet location. I had to drive to the other location. The dryer works great though, nice and simple!
We were looking for a couch and chair. The selection was very good and our salesperson was knowledgeable and honest about the features and issues of every item. We felt we could trust her. When we told her we couldn't afford the couch we really wanted she called us to tell us they could do better for us. She made us an offer we couldn't refuse. The delivery went very well. The guys were careful and courteous. The couch and chair look and feel great.
We were able to buy our new couch at the 880 Nairn location without any issues!!
