Don't buy from Dufresne or Decor-Rest furniture. I purchased a 3 piece couch, love seat and a recliner chair on Jan 11/26, delivered Mar 11/26, I had 2 out of 3 pieces damaged. Because I continuesly called in, I finally had the loveseat fixed on June 10th and had my chair looked at on June 17th. I was told I should have claimed a refund within 48 hours. The people were kind, courteous and accommodating. The amount of effort we had to exert to actually get what we ordered, however, was beyond unbelievable. Parts missing, wrong sizes delivered, hours spent going from store to warehouse to try and get the actual items we ordered. Exhausting!
They are total crap By the extended warranty and they find a way to say it’s not covered even though the technician said it’s covered My rec room furniture from another place never had an issue even though it’s older I’ll never buy from Dufresne again
I want to give a huge thank you to Ashley D. Our microwave decided to give up on the weekend, and we were completely lost. Not only were we shocked by the prices of microwaves, but the lack of selection from any company (Best buy, Costco, the Brick). We were about to give up until we remembered where we got our sectional from, Dufresne!
