We had a very good experience with Dufresne on Nairn - they were very helpful and we purchased a sofa . We will definitely be going back .
Other than the individuals on the call lines, Who have been fantastic - I have found dealing with Dufresne very frustrating. I had a family emergency, So had not responded to Dufresne about an order, to be harassed by four or five phone calls a day. I was lied to about what was covered by the warranty. Which I just found out today in speaking to the call centre people. And while my delivery was being done, I decided one of the pieces would not fit in my house and ask them to take it back. We went to Dufresne to purchase a couple of appliances because of our previous experience. Staff were knowledgeable and efficient.
Had trouble placing an order online with a gift certificate I had been given. Went to the location on Nairn and was helped getting my order though in person. Everyone was friendly and got the in quickly without any fuss.
