I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this furniture has been exceptionally disappointing. From the moment it arrived, it was clear that the quality was far below what was advertised. The materials feel cheap, the assembly was a nightmare due to poorly drilled holes and missing pieces, and within just a few weeks, parts of it started breaking or coming loose. 1 star Extremely disappointed with Ashley HomeStore’s customer service. I received multiple reminders via email and text confirming my pickup for May 19, including one just a day before. I drove over 30 minutes to their Winnipeg distribution center at 230 Panet Rd, only to find the place completely closed — without any prior notice that it would be shut for a holiday.
