The guy with the glasses is downright rude. The other day I went to get a scratch ticket and he only had 4 in the case and wouldn't open a new book. I used to Go there every day, but not now. I will only go when Harry is on.
VERY RUDE person answer the phone there when phoning to inquire about a product that they may have, or may not have but very rude. Told me that it was not their job to answer my questions on the phone and if I wanted to know to go to their store and find out and then no Goodbye, just hung up on me like a rude person.
