Got quoted $50 per document. Forwarded the three documents. 2 single pages and 1 was 14 pages. He asks which page do you want the seal on?!! We switch the 14 page document out for an Agreement of Purchase and Sale (7 pages) he asks which page again, we call him back and say page 5 and he says it is now $200. On principle I would never recommend this individual to anyone. I would personally tell you to find someone that has some level of honesty in a quote.
