communication was poor, invoicing was wrong, complained about locks to storage units not working properly several times...not fixed and they demanded a 2 week written notice when vacating unit which I think is ludicrous when you're paying month to month. (rental properties only have to give 1 week notice).some sofa cushions ripped during moving. the only positives, workers friendly and punctual.
Very impressed with Duells for how easy they made everything. Jeremy and Linc were so helpful and so easy to get along with. They communicated really well and made the process so smooth and stress free. Highly recommend!
I don't even want to give one star. My things got delivered in to a storage unit. I started unloading today and just cried. All my furniture is ruined. 2 large beautiful clocks broken, a dressing table leg snapped clean off and put back on with 2 screws. You can see the break on the beautiful curved leg and the ugly screws used to put it clumsily back on! The only thing to do is burn it! They never even bothered to tell me. My fridge that wasn't even 2 years old, all dented and bulging down the side where they stacked heavy ... read more
I had a great experience using Duell's for my move from Adelaide to Mount Gambier! Amber was a superstar and a real trooper with all my questions and requests!
