I don't even want to give one star. My things got delivered in to a storage unit. I started unloading today and just cried. All my furniture is ruined. 2 large beautiful clocks broken, a dressing table leg snapped clean off and put back on with 2 screws. You can see the break on the beautiful curved leg and the ugly screws used to put it clumsily back on! The only thing to do is burn it! They never even bothered to tell me. I had a great experience using Duell's for my move from Adelaide to Mount Gambier! Amber was a superstar and a real trooper with all my questions and requests! The removalists Chase and Lachie were absolute legends and got everything sorted swiftly and carefully! I will definitely be reusing Duell's for my next move! Thank you so much to the whole team!!

Had our move from the Mount back to Adelaide completed today, Many thanks to Chance & Heath, who both did an outstanding job. Professional, hard working, and just good blokes. This is the third time we've used Duell's, from the girls at the office (Amber & Kira) to the different crew who've helped us, a massive thank you. Highly recommended 👌

From the moment I first walked into the office and was greeted by Amber and Kira, I knew I made the right decision to ask Duells to move and store my household belongings. The ladies were extremely helpful, professional and had so much patience with me 😊 The amount of times I called and asked so many questions, they were wonderful! I cannot thank them enough.
