Receptionist was very rude, and insinuated I wasn’t taking care of my fussy child though she had no idea I was walking around holding her trying to give her her milk, a snack, or anything to make her happy. And once she finally calmed down she made a snarky comment about how she finally stopped fussing and that I finally did something about it.
