I called to set up an over the phone consultation and was given an appointment pretty easily one week away. When time came for the phone call, no one would pick up the phone. I called at the appointment time (1pm) and 3 times(1:05, 1:10, 1:15) after and everytime I called, it resulted in "this office is closed". I received a call 2 hours later stating that the receptionist had stepped away from their desk and missed the call. Ian was straight-forward and professional. Helped get my custody case resolved fast and easy with the results I desired. As a father, I was relieved. Would highly recommend.
No communication at all! During a time I needed them to help me I never received any response other than an invoice very sad decided to with draw from having them represent my case.
