I called to set up an over the phone consultation and was given an appointment pretty easily one week away. When time came for the phone call, no one would pick up the phone. I called at the appointment time (1pm) and 3 times(1:05, 1:10, 1:15) after and everytime I called, it resulted in "this office is closed". I received a call 2 hours later stating that the receptionist had stepped away from their desk and missed the call.
