Excellent customer service! This was my first experience buying something on Etsy……. But I give all the credit to Duda, the owner. I wasn’t sure about the size I needed, and how the item worked. I asked her a lot of questions and even sent detailed pictures. I was impressed how quickly she answered my questions, so thoughtfully and carefully. I must say, it was an exceptional, packing job on the item too! If I do another couple of windows; I know where I will be buying the hardware!! Thank you Duda!!
Duda is a very conscientious seamstress. I have worked with her for years and have always been happy with the quality and her attention to detail.
I have used Duda for multiple projects, recovering outdoor furniture, re-stuffing cushions, recovering dining room chairs.....she is a joy to work with, would recommend her always.
Duda did an amazing job on my living room curtains. I couldn’t be more pleased with them, they are gorgeous! Duda and her husband came to install the rods and curtains together. What a great team! I would highly recommend Duda and would definitely work with her again.
