It's a scam, I placed an order in December 2020, now in October 2021 I requested a refund as Alexandre Duclos cannot send it, at the beginning he promised to do so. But two weeks later, still waiting and he's not responding to any messages. Next step, suie him through consumer protection
Pre-ordered 2 X star wars figures in April. Upon follow up, told they would arrive in late July. Here we are in late September, those toys are readily available at all stores, and still nothing from them. Like other reviews here, took the money and ran...
