Tony is very knowledgeable about bedding and mattresses. The store has a nice selection of products that are better quality than you would find at a big box store. Ducky Down also has equipment to refill old bedding with new filling to rejuvenate instead of replacing bedding. I highly recommend this locally owned store.
Buys a 200 dollar pillow and can't refil it? Especially after upselling me the pillow for neck problems? More like ducky dank
Very inconsiderate and expensive. I asked for a pillow that would suit my neck and sleep posture. The guy at the front suggested this down pillow and at the cash I was surprised to find the price was close to $200. I thought it must be really good for that price - that was my mistake. After I found it did not work I asked the same guy to add down for me which he said he would do for $50 and it wouldn't even solve the problem because it would bunch up on either side of my head.
