Very disappointed, I looked for an American made company, but quality was not there. I don't know how they get all the good reviews, the shirts I ordered were not 100% merino wool and in fact were over 50% synthetic and very itchy. I ended up on Amazon with lower priced items and 100% merino wool. Oh and you pay to return your items. I would not shop with them

Rude customer service advised me "it is an industry standard" to refuse exchanges past 30 days even though they took 2 weeks to fulfill the order and delivered a medium $265 Woolcloud Jacket that is actually a small or extra small. Robbed. Do not buy from BozeAngeles.
Disappointing Quality for Price - Duckworth Snowcrest Merino Wool Jacket I recently purchased the Duckworth Snowcrest Merino Wool Jacket, and I am extremely dissatisfied with its performance, especially considering the high price tag of $600. I have been buying items from Duckworth since 2021 and I love this brand and their products. I own just about every type of shirt they sell and multiple’s of several. I wear there t-shirts year around and the heavy layers all fall/winter. They are especially nice for the outdoor activities I enjoy ( fly fishing, hiking, & walking). I’ve owned other Merino wool from other manufacturers and Duckworth is much better. I’ve only had to return a few items over the years and only because of size.
