Being a local company, I really wanted to like them. Unfortunately, I had an exceptionally bad customer service experience that took 3 months and a lot of frustration to sort out. At the end of it, I was told they'd send a discount for a future purchase to make up for the trouble but they fell through on that too. Their materials are not great either, with the "wool" shirts being less than half wool and mostly synthetic. Extremely disappointed in this company and will not be giving them me or my family's business again. My family has supported this company in the past by purchasing hats and clothing. I received a hat as a Christmas gift and simply wanted to exchange it for a different model I preferred, within a month of the purchase date. They refused to respond to my emails and later told my dad they would not allow the exchange. Very disappointed, I looked for an American made company, but quality was not there. I don't know how they get all the good reviews, the shirts I ordered were not 100% merino wool and in fact were over 50% synthetic and very itchy. I ended up on Amazon with lower priced items and 100% merino wool. Oh and you pay to return your items. I would not shop with them
