Rude customer service advised me "it is an industry standard" to refuse exchanges past 30 days even though they took 2 weeks to fulfill the order and delivered a medium $265 Woolcloud Jacket that is actually a small or extra small. Robbed. Do not buy from BozeAngeles.

I have been buying items from Duckworth since 2021 and I love this brand and their products. I own just about every type of shirt they sell and multiple’s of several. I wear there t-shirts year around and the heavy layers all fall/winter. They are especially nice for the outdoor activities I enjoy ( fly fishing, hiking, & walking). Clothing used to be made to a great standard but no longer
Be weary, they delete reviews on their website. My partner tried leaving a truthful, unbiased review after he had issues with a product and received no help from Duckworth. They deleted his review which breaks my heart to see a company we have followed and supported for years do. His full review is below.
