Unfortunately, the owner is deceased and this shop is closed.
Owner just died, so didn't actually go inside. I went to apply for a job and found out.
I should have read these reviews more carefully. Count me among those who Don tried to string along, having accepted my money up front and then didn't do the work. Paid $700 up front on 11/9/23 to have two posters framed, completion was promised on 11/18/23. Checked back after Thanksgiving and he said it wasn't done. Check back again in early December and he said it wasn't done. Tried checking again on 1/3, 1/4, and 1/5/24, but his shop was closed during posted business hours; no note on the door. My experience is the same as the last reviewer. Job uncompleted and no money returned. 11.11.23 Took 3 custom prints in for framing, he was nice and worked with me to find the right frames. He told me if I didn't like them he'd work with me and was generally really nice. He verbally told me that they'd be done 11.27.23. Showed me the cost, never said a word about no refunds and I paid him in full. 11.27.23 came and went, no phone call, I then realized that he put 12.2.23 on my receipt for date of completion.
