Attorney Leah Megginson handled my client’s probate transaction, and I was very impressed with her professionalism. She communicated consistently, which allowed me as the realtor to keep the buyer’s agent informed at all times. When selling a probate home, buyers sometimes become hesitant if court approval is required. Attorney Megginson was thorough, proactive, and kept everyone updated throughout the process. I would NOT recommend this law office at all! The attorney my ex wife and I used in an uncontested divorce did not do a great job. It was supposed to be uncontested, but I feel like she was representing my ex wife and did nothing for me. I’ve since spoken to two other attorneys and they also agreed that the verbiage she used in the divorce decree never should’ve been put in there. This is my personal experience with this law firm.
We had the pleasure of working with Mr. Bruce Stone. We admired his professionalism, candor and expertise. He was able to guide us through the legal process and was well prepared on our court day. I would highly recommend this law firm. Thank you Mr. Stone for everything.
