I strongly recommend not using this firm for anything requiring a lawyer or legal advice. We recently completed a mortgage renewal process using this firm and wouldn't recommend using them UNLESS you want: 1. To be substantially overcharged from the quote your mortgage broker advised you it would cost. 2. To be spoken to in a condescending manner. 3. To have to attend their office three times instead of one to sign mortgage documents. 4. To be advised that any errors or omissions are not their fault.

i couldn’t be happier with the service i received. we had all kinds of challenges and very odd ones at that with this purchase and josh went WAY above and beyond to help in every way possible. i never even realized how poor the service was i had at other law firms until dealing with you guys. you got a customer for life here, i cannot say enough good things. thanks again josh!
