Can't reach bye phone every thing is email and you could weight months for a reply. Won't work with other lawyers to come to a settlement or give answers to questions clients have.

I strongly recommend not using this firm for anything requiring a lawyer or legal advice. We recently completed a mortgage renewal process using this firm and wouldn't recommend using them UNLESS you want: 1. To be substantially overcharged from the quote your mortgage broker advised you it would cost. 2. To be spoken to in a condescending manner. 3. To have to attend their office three times instead of one to sign mortgage documents. 4. To be advised that any errors or omissions are not their fault.
