Manager on duty at 7am this morning, 12-05-24 attacked me today while in the freezer cooler doing an audit. reported that I attacked her but I was on the phone with my manager. I will be reporting this store and manager and taking legal actions.
Visited this location many time with no problems getting ice free with my own cup... Just as all the other locations don't charge if you have your own cup. It's 3:29pm and the cashier is trying to charge me for the ice. I asked for his name to call corporate and he is refusing to give me his name. He then said well just get the ice...
