Absolutely excellent buffet catered at our family wedding. Staff were fabulous!! Food such as prime rib , cooked to perfection Would definitely hire them
We hired Duchesne Roasters for our wedding on August 23rd, 2025, and we are so glad we did! From start to finish, the team was professional, attentive, and made sure everything ran seamlessly. The food was outstanding—our guests are still raving about the grazing table and the late-night poutine bar (which was an absolute hit!). Laura and her team were exceptional!! They accommodated every single one of our needs without question, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect meal for our wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better caterer and I would highly recommend Duchesne Roasters to anyone who is planning an event - They will take care of you like you are family!! We had Laura, Darren and the Duschene Roasters team cater our wedding july 19th, 2025 at Barn + Bliss. The food was AMAZING! Raving reviews on cocktail our hors d'oeuvres (mac and cheese cups, brischetta bread and pulled pork sliders). The dinner was plated, no issues with plates or dinner timing. We met Laura and her amazing team from Duchesne Roasters at the wedding expo at Barn and Bliss, and right away we knew this was exactly what we were looking for. We didn’t want traditional wedding food we wanted something unique, memorable, and delicious, and Duchesne Roasters absolutely delivered.
