It is ILLEGAL in Idaho and Texas to serve court documents by leaving them on a door of a residence that you have never made contact with the person being served. Our firm contracted with Duces Tecum to effect service on a person who was scheduled to attend a convention in the Dallas area. The server located the individual in the convention and accomplished personal service. Donnie and Ernie were both professional and responsive. We will use them again should the need arise.
