DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The quality of product is worse than wayfair and the customer service is nightmare. Waited 6 months, still does not have a bed I ordered (product was broken initially and replacement was sent wrong size and now I do not have anything but only broken pieces) and the customer service never respond back to you. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card.
The absolute worst delivery, customer service and communication. Would never buy from here again. They scheduled deliveries with their fulfillment team only for us to find out the day of they never even handed over our furniture piece
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Expensive trash. They send baby furniture that smells like paint - I've been airing the drawers out for weeks, still smells terrible. The drawers don't close with ease. Even thought they are slow to close, you have to push he bottom drawer in with your hand b/c it gets stuck. Very obviously missed white paint in some areas. Just buy from RH - better quality all around.
