Great customer service
I recently had a really bad experience with Simran Maan. Very rude employee who lacks knowledge in her field. I expected more from Duca employees.
Unable to get through Customer Service. You sit there waiting and waiting. No announcements of wait times or the option to have a call returned or what number you are next in the queue. It doesn't even state the hours of operation..... Part 2. I sent an email to customer service requesting a call back. It's been over a week and nothing yet. So, unable to get through Customer Service, no response from email, why even have this Customer Service open if you're not going to serve your customers.
