Worst worst worst customer service , I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received. The blond lady at the first front desk (9174 Richmond hill branch) was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for any customer-facing role. As a result of this experience, I have decided to withdraw all my funds from this credit union and will not consider using your services again. If you are thinking of having any sort of financial dealing with this bank ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY!! Do not open an account with them. This is not a bank you want to have ANY dealing with. Absolutely horrible customer service and incredibly unprofessional. They can reply to all the reviews they want but the crux of the matter remains the same. I'm very regretful that I ever opened an account with DUCA and I'll be telling everyone I can on social media to stay away. Horrible horrible financial institution!!!
