Both my partner and I absolutely love this Credit Union, the financial advisor Gonzalo, goes above and beyond his duties, we are always recommending this Branch and look forward to many more years here, wholeheartedly recommend them!!!!
DO NOT GET A MORTGAGE WITH THEM. We held a mortgage with Duca for 5 years. Despite an unblemished history with them, every interaction before, during, and after the 5 years was painful and stressful due to misinformation from and ineptitude of the staff. That is in addition to the erroneous Overdraft Fee of over $500 that took more than a week to fix after we noticed it.
After watching the fallout of this branch consistently mismanaging the finances of family members, I wouldn't trust the staff at this branch to manage a piggy bank.
They take pride in their work and value their members.
