Although not against this specific branch, but against Duca as an institution. Signed up for a $450 promotional offer that DUCA has not honored for many of their customers. This offer was promised the first week of April. They now state it's in "April". It's May and I have not received this offer, nor has many other customers.
I wanted to open a chequing account, and had trouble doing so online. So, I went in person without an appointment since this was my closest location. I was bewildered to find out that I must schedule an appointment in order to do so. Most banks would have gladly taken me in. Not this location though. I later called their head office, and was informed I could walk into any location if I'm just looking to open a chequing account. Very disappointed.
