Things were getting harder each day with the mortgage interest rate going up and not coming down for a very long time. I visited the Bowmanville branch and met Kay, explained my financial situation. Later, Karen (branch manager) and Kay went above and beyond to ensure I land a comparatively affordable mortgage option. I am grateful to both of them. The thing I loved about their service is, they listened to my problems with empathy and did everything to solve it. Great people!
