I purchased a couch and love seat from Dubois Furniture store in Waco, Texas. The furniture store was highly recommended to me. I purchased a red leather couch with matching love seat. I haven’t purchased new furniture in a while so I relied on their reputation and the referral. I went into the store (it’s been a few years back) and made my purchase. Ordered a matching recliner for one in stock. Was told 4-6 weeks.,Six plus weeks still waiting for the second. We WILL NOT do business with them in future

Excellent quality furniture and no pressure. I found great bargains with the help of Mary and my delivery by Ben was so smooth. They carefully helped me place everything where I wanted it and made it a great experience for me. Dubois made my home beautiful. Thank you.

I always get wonderful customer service at the Dubois Furniture store in Temple.. My purchase a few weeks ago was a new mattress. The mattress turned out to be much to firm for me so David and Jay helped me through the process for exchanging the mattress for a Euro Pillow Top Soft mattress. ~ it turned out to be the perfect mattress for me!
