Horrible. David Bentz, founder, claimed he filed an extension for me. He did not. I followed up with him 5 times and spent an hour with him reviewing my taxes in his office. He never once notified me of his incompetent mistake. I found out from the IRS months later and had to notify him that he never filed the extension. He responded that he had no idea how the mistake happened and that I was on my own to pay thousands of dollars in penalties. Worst experience ever. DO NOT USE!

Received an email from David to get the process going for tax prep , I responded saying I had a few questions and would like to set up a time for a quick phone call. I got no response after a few days,so I called his number listed in the email left a few voicemails and received nothing back. Lack of professionalism…
