Dr. Dubin is fantastic, but he no longer works at this location. His office got bought out, new management let him go, and he works for Forte Family Practice now. Go there instead, they're fantastic! The office staff here have been rude and unresponsive since the buyout. Any calls placed after 11:00 A.M would be sent directly to voicemail. Calls, voicemails, and faxes from myself and my pharmacy went entirely unanswered, and when I questioned the nurse about it, she laughed and said I should have faxed them, because their vo... read more
Terrible!
Terrible front desk staff. Good luck trying to get ahold of anybody.
Went in for covid test. Received response within 1 hour. Initially had issue where they didn’t email the test back timely which caused issues in scheduling other appointments, BUT, they were able to fix the issue next day and take care of the situation.
