This particular firm represented our interests without being retained. Through the unlawful representation, thousands of dollars were converted and moved into their attorney bank account. I Had a very long and drawn out case. We did state mandated mediation and Dubek and Miller were supposed to respond to the courts that no agreement was reached and move forward with trial. They did not respond to the court there fore case was dismissed. Then I was unable to get a response from them in any way phone, text, email to try and find out what happened and what next steps are. I am paid in full and have not even received a response for my request for records so we can proceed with different counsel.
It is unfortunate how they allowed my case to dismiss after years of work and I paid an exorbitant amount of money and then they just disappeared and will not respond to us. Very unprofessional.
