Personally, I would not recommend Sylvia. She was very helpful initially, as I was recommended her by a close friend. I paid her retainer to her in cash, then I was informed that she moved to a new firm shortly after hiring her, then was asked for another retainer with her new firm. Not sure if this is normal, but the way I was communicated with about the situation by the new firm wasn't very professional and quite rude.
Sylvia is an amazing attorney! She is very knowledgeable in regards to Family law. Sylvia is very easy to talk to and compassionate as well. Don't be fooled though, she is tough and will go to bat for her clients. I am very pleased and will use her in the future.
