THE WORST STORE AND THE MOST INCOMPETENT PHARMACY DEPT. - I AM ON HOLD FOR 57 MINUTES!!! The store manager is an absolute joke - aren't you embarrassed at least a little bit; I guess not.
((2.75 stars)) a-okay Duane Reade location. it is one of the smaller locations with that older Duane Reade store aesthetic. packed with products -- and it surprisingly pretty organized given the size and amount of merch. normally stop here post-run to grab water and quick snack bc it is convenient to one of my run routes. plus it is nearish to a large Trader Joe's. there is a huge section of snacks small-sized snacks (like trail mix etc.) than other locations. wish there was self-checkout at Duane Reade locations bc lines ca... read more
It’s deeply disappointing that a company the size of DR shows such disregard for its customers. As the only multi-service pharmacy in the neighborhood, it benefits from a captive audience—but instead of rising to the occasion, it settles for being the default. This location could be a trusted, go-to retailer if it hired staff who understood the meaning of customer service and treated patrons with respect.
