Worst store I ever been in nasty experience
I don’t work in the area anymore and this is my favorite Duane Read. Also the staff is polite, kind and even if it’s crowded, it doesn’t bother me. You just have to wait your turn. And I rate this location 999 trillion stars also Gee Gee is nice to 😉.
Absolutely terrible service and unacceptable behavior. The Black woman at the checkout counter was incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely incapable of assisting customers.

Experienced the most humiliating situation at the store over an exchange of a facial cream. I brought the wrong spf. They asked me for an id and my driver’s license is expired since I don’t drive. Then he the supervisor asked me for my passport. I’m uphold. What if I didn’t have a passport. I still went back was treated like a second class citizen by this unprofessional supervisor. He takes my passport as if this was immigration and I asked him why was he taking so long with me passport and his response was I’m trying to hel... read more
