I appreciate my local Walgreens (aka Duane Reade) in Inwood, NY, and its products and store associates. I know residents give the store a bad rap from time to time, but considering the heavy foot traffic, we should all be glad to have it in our neighborhood after another Duane Reade closed a few years ago. I'll give an extra shout-out to Esteban! Thank you for the help and conversation.

The store is good .The pharmacy staff are excellent and kind to customers. My problem is trying to get thru on the phone . They are short staffed and the phones ring and ring . They should hire seniors to answer the phone .

I had a very disappointing experience at this Walgreens. I had already paid for my photo order at the cashier, and I kindly asked Andrea to simply hand me the photo. Instead of assisting me, she was very rude, even though her own co-worker asked her to help. I was shocked by her unprofessional attitude. A simple request turned into an unpleasant experience, which should never happen in customer service. Walgreens should ensure their employees treat customers with respect and professionalism.
