I have had a car loan with DuTrac for years. I've never had a late payment and always paid a little more than what's due. Earlier this year, I was caring for a pediatric patient that passed away, and was very preoccupied and mistakenly sent payment that was $4 short. I paid the extra $4 with the next month's payment, but DuTrac still reported it as a late payment, and my credit score plummeted by 102 points.
