We used them for transportation for our wedding on May 3, 2025. The driver was late for picking up the groom and the groomsmen due to going to the wrong hotel. He was late for picking up the guests for my wedding due to not following the itinerary provided by my wedding planner. We hired and paid for multiple round trips to and from the wedding venue and he did not do that. Outside of that Customer service is abysmal. They charged my mom’s credit card without asking. WOW! This company is amazing, I would highly recommend. We had a large group of 32 for a prom night and they accommodated us just 2 weeks out from the Final Night. Our driver Felix was AMAZING!! Let us play music, drove very smoothly, and picked us up at all of our locations in a timely manner. Cannot put into words how great this company was!
