It's amazing when you spend thousands of dollars with a brand and they still give you mediocre service. The store manager Jordan needs to not match wits with customers when they're asking questions and telling him what they have been told in the past. You're not the biggest baddest thing in the room sir, you're just the appointed manager for the moment and you need to walk in a professional manner at all times. I visit all the DTLR stores in Richmond. Southpark and Southside could use better customer service. Don’t have an attitude about ur job, wen ur there to service the customer when they ask for some assistance.
