One star not of anything the vape/gaming parlor it self has done but there is this rude, nasty employee named Hana or however you spell it being a cashier aint the job for her definitely didnt make me and my girlfriend feel welcome and was so unprofessional i wont be going back until shes gone
I don’t normally leave reviews but i’m 50/50 on this shop. some days i go and there’s these two girls working that set me up with a kickass new mod and made sure to go through all the different option i had- i went with a vandyvape! other days i try to refrain from going in due to the lack of respect other employees have towards the store, they’re very rude, will tell you not to waste money on products as they are crap and better off going to a dispensary, pretty bizarre marketing strategy if you ask me.. but definitely make... read more
Best vape shop in Springfield area!!!! We had been to the other two top rated shops in the area and DTI’s was our third and final stop but they did not disappoint, they had the best stock and customer service by far. After a little help from Jake we found the setup my fiancé was looking for and how can you go wrong with HELLVAPE. If your looking for your next device or just starting out this is the place for you. Hana was very rude and told me I couldn't get a drink when I spent over 100$ and this is not the first time it's at least the 3rd time I will not be coming back until I know she is not working there anymore 😕
Jim at the Jerome store has a TERRIBLE attitude. I came in to use the restroom (i know they’re one of the only clean ones in this area). I am a frequent customer here and I have never had an issue doing this. However, after my boyfriend and I left he chased us out of the store!! He started yelling at us after we were in the car. We opened the car door to see what he was yelling about. He told us he was going to have us banned from the store because “bathrooms are for paying customers only”.
