Best vape shop in Springfield area!!!! We had been to the other two top rated shops in the area and DTI’s was our third and final stop but they did not disappoint, they had the best stock and customer service by far. Jim at the Jerome store has a TERRIBLE attitude. I came in to use the restroom (i know they’re one of the only clean ones in this area). I am a frequent customer here and I have never had an issue doing this. However, after my boyfriend and I left he chased us out of the store!! He started yelling at us after we were in the car. We opened the car door to see what he was yelling about. He told us he was going to have us banned from the store because “bathrooms are for paying customers only”. Purchased a disposable vape there, took it out and hit it and it was just continuously hitting would not stop. Told the older man and he exchanged it. The next one did the same thing, he says I'll trade it for ya again but if it does it your outta luck because at this point I'm just getting screwed, so In other words I got screwed, wouldn't ya know another continuous hitting vape. So paid 20$ for a junk vape. Would not recommend going there for disposables. Very dissatisfied
Been coming here for a few years. They've always been great. Lately seems like the staff doesn't know much about inventory or vaping in general. Bought a new tank for me mod and came back a few days later and they had no new coils and had no idea what tank I had. Will return ofcourse but I have my favorite staff and not so favorite.
I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the staff and product availability in this location. I needed a new mod on Wednesday (before thanksgiving). I have no idea about how these things work, I just wanted something simple and good. I wish I knew the gentleman’s name, but he patiently walked me thru a number of different models.
