I worked with DTC Signs & Graphics (formerly named Signarama) for nearly a year, and it was one of the most frustrating professional experiences I’ve ever had. Only one other company I’ve dealt with has come close to being this disorganized. For over 11 months, DTC Signs & Graphics repeatedly assured me they would remake the signs they originally printed crooked. Great company to work with
Bria was non-responsive and then makes excuses if you can reach her. The lady answering the phone gave the excuse they were moving, well what a poor decision to lose business because you’re moving.
Overpriced and underwhelming quality. Poor customer service - will not make corrections when asked.
We had a great experience with DTC Signs. They were patient and helpful during design and then when the spacing was slightly off after install they promptly corrected the issue. Happy with how the vinyl lettering turned out in our office space!
