Diego process is great. 1st sit down to discuss the issue, 2nd plan what is required, and 3rd spend the remainder of the hour long session bringing the body back to normal as he discusses the muscles. He only wants to see you again for a follow up once or twice.
Diego is the best of the best for needling, massage & advice, his knowledge is second to none and I always appreciate his patience with my scheduling :) have been going for years and years with so many different injuries. Thanking you as always - Lisa
