We had a media room installed as well as two Televisions mounted and also a internet cable moved after moving into our home. Andrew and Anthony both came to my home and had numerous ideas for the media room. They went back to the office and had a quote drawn up and sent to me within a few hours. It’s been less than 6 months. They installed camera’s, Full sounds system and the amp ended up going bad. So they came out to replace it and even though it was under warranty. They still charged me over $100. No very good customer service when you spend almost $4,000 the first time. I also had to call to find out why they were emailing me the invoice!
The service never worked as advertised and the company lacks the expertise to fix it. They never keep their appointments.
I have used these guys numerous times for various audio/video setups, wiring, outdoor setups and have always been wowed.
