A great assortment of shoes. Have always liked the merchandise at DSW. Good prices.
I almost never give out five‑star ratings, but the team at DSW in the St. Johns Town Center truly earned it. I visited on Sunday (9/13/2026) with a coupon I received in the mail. Buying shoes is usually difficult for me because most pairs hurt my feet, but I found a perfect pair of soft suede loafers. Customer service was HORRIBLE! When I walked in NO ONE greeted me and it was about 5 reps on the floor. Could have saved me some time in that overwhelming store ( I usually shop online had a shoe emergency). I spent $120 on a pair of Sam Edelman shoes and if it wasn’t for one of the other customers telling me how good they looked on me, I was ready to leave them there thanks to the customer service.
