I shop at DSW every once in a while but have never felt the need to become a rewards member. That has never been an issue until today when the cashier said I couldn't skip putting my number in and when it came up that I wasn't a member, she said it wasn't possible for her to check me out without signing up. That's obviously a lie since I've shopped there multiple times before with no issue. Walked out without purchasing because of how rude and pushy she was.
❤️❤️❤️ Great selection of shoes. Always clean and organized. The manager, Tawanda, is so helpful and friendly.
