I sent DSS my trusty Fluke 78 that finally crapped out after about 30 years with major internal damage, and they brought it back to life for me. I couldn't more pleased with their service and turn around time. Thank you!
Saw this company advertise repair services for Fluke multimeters. I have a Fluke 189 that has a fuse holder that came detached from the PCB and some corroded battery contacts. Was supposed to be a simple fix. Anyone can buy new battery contacts for $10 but I didn't want to resolder the fuse holder back onto the PCB. So, I sent it to this company to be repaired only to receive a repair estimate for $271.31 which now included replacing the front case half due to a broken standoff that wasn't broken when I sent it in. Would not deal with this business. Sent them my fluke for repair came back with a cracked screen. They blamed the carrier. If you know flukes it would be very hard for the carrier to crack the screen especially because it’s behind a hard plastic window. The plastic window had no damage. Avoid!
