I am writing per my experience with DSS Law and more so Nicole. I was in a position that needed assistance in a time sensitive matter and she was able to put things aside and see me just as such. Her and I talked about the many points I had and had questions about and as I did she walked me threw step by step what I would be looking at if I wanted to take my lawsuit any further. Completely unprofessional. I contacted DSS Law months ago and I was assigned to Nicole S Miller, she assured me that she could help with a private vehicle sale issue. She stayed in contact for a week or 2 and then completely ignored every attempt to contact her. I called at least 5 times and sent at least 5 emails with no response. The last email I sent was September 26th 2024, it's now January 11th 2025 and it's now time to write a review. I am giving 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option.
