Last year, they were excellent responsive, professional, and efficient. Unfortunately, this year has been a very different experience. They repeatedly promised to complete my taxes by certain dates, but I often stopped hearing from them afterward. My calls and emails were frequently ignored, which was disappointing given how impressed I was previously. I’d really just appreciate more transparency and follow-through on commitments moving forward.
We couldn’t be happier with our accountant Taylor, he knows exactly how to explain everything to us so that we 100% understand. He’s always made us feel extremely welcome We would highly recommend!
