Hired this company to transport a 2017 Can-Am side-by-side, he lost the hood of the unit during transport and claims it is not his responsibility to secure any open compartments or loose parts on any vehicle, he says he only does a "visual inspection" without actually checking. Replacement part will cost me $355 that his insurance will NOT COVER.. avoid this transporter at all costs!!
